Johnny Scott provides is fantastic. He came to our house after hours to meet with us and explain some changes to our service. He provided a thorough explanation of their products and helped us understand what we needed for our house. We are happy to stay with Massey and with Johnny Scott.

The Massey company serves my Athen GA community and could not deliver better service. We had an invasion of stink bugs, dang hard to kill. Massey exceeded my expectations by killing more of them than I thought possible/

My experience with Ms. Brittany Swain, Office Manager at Suwanee, GA was outstanding. I had issue with autopay on my accounts. My original call was to another office, however, that manager was out on vacation and not returning until the following week. Ms. Swain, instead of sending my call to voicemail took ownership and then proceeded to solve my issue, making contact with several other departments to expedite the process of correcting the issue. When I mean to tell you I had spiders everywhere in my home, and I actually wanted to move out, call around Terminix was extremely expensive, so I called Massey, Jermaine, came out, I explained to him what I need he guarantee that I would not see any more spiders once they came out to spray all over. Rodney came out a couple of days later to spray the entire house.
