Shortly after I arrived in Ohio, I noticed a vibration in the front tires whenever I accelerated at a turn or sometimes from a complete stop. After a month, I took it to Matt Castrucci Nissan and they claimed they couldn't replicate the vibration. They said I had to take it easy on the gas whenever I turn. The vibration continued after I left. Then early October, I noticed the gas mileage monitor wasn't giving the same numbers as it used to and I wasn't able to get nearly as many miles per tank as before. Then when I was driving home from Chillicothe after the trail run, I felt a huge hit in the back of my car, but no cars were around me. That's when I heard a rumbling sound under my hood. I took it to Matt Castrucci Nissan and they said the gas mileage monitor is off cause my car is getting old (it's a 2015) and they said I will have to wait roughly 2 months before they can replace the transmission. I said I am going to take my business elsewhere. The advisor, Drew, said, "That's fine, we prefer not to work on warranty covered cars cause we loose money from those." I said, "It should be about the customers, not the money." He said, "Ok." And went back to looking at the papers on his desk. I took my car to Jeff Schmitt Nissan a week ago. I explained all the problems with my car. They said it is all transmission related. They had the new transmission in stock and finished it today. My car is back to normal. I am not really knowledgeable of car mechanics, but neither are those at Matt Castrucci Nissan. My advice: Never Go There!!!
