Matt and his team did a great job walking my wife and I through the refi process. Easy, straight forward process, and we closed in 30 days. At first I wasn't sure if the refi would work, as I just started my on business. Other lenders told me I had to wait 12 months from starting my practice to complete the refi. Matt asked questions, and found a way to get it done. We cut 7 years off our loan, and the monthly payment stayed the same.
Matt and his team made our refinance experience great from start to finish. Quick close, low interest rate and fair closing costs. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough.
