We visited your store in Birchwood, near Warrington yesterday and my husband and I met the lovely charming and helpful lady - Alison. She walked us through the process with knowledge & patience - as we didn't have a clue! We wanted photos and ccanvases, so she explained that the canvases may take a day, so we may need to call back for these. Always brilliant service. The Staff are so very helpful. When my husband died, I was distraught and they helped me to prepare the celebration booklet for his funeral. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are pleasant, polite and extremely respectful.
