Emma Lou is always so helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her. Today she was busy serving three other people and still gave 100% service. She is definitely an asset to your team.

"Huge shoutout to Chris at Max Spielman (Asda Dunfermline). When the in-store bakery couldn't scan a photo for my mother’s 80th birthday cake, Chris stepped in and saved the day. He scanned the image and formatted it perfectly so the cake could still be made, saving me a massive trip to another town. He is helpful, patient with those of us who aren't tech-savvy, and a total credit to the company. Thank you, Chris, for making my mum's birthday!"

I spoke to Lauren, about my 75th birthday invitation! She asked me what size, design and colour, showing me some examples! Extremely helpful! Lauren asked what information I needed, jotted down my name, place, time etc! I sorted out a photo which she added, Lauren printed 30 copies for me! Thank you very kind and helpful to me xx

Emily was superb on Saturday - just as Lyndsey was the previous Saturday. You definitely employ the right people! The customer service was first class, Elaine I believe her name, she was patient and understood that I wanted the most reasonable price for the 3 frames I purchased and she even helped settle my mind with the design and frame, great service, 100% would recommend.
