Professional experience I had my teeth cleaned yesterday after Dr. Ballard checked for any cavities. Cathy does a professional and painless job and helps making this experience less painful physically and emotionally. My husband and I have availed ourselves of this dentist's services for 25 years now and have been totally happy with them.
Most gentle cleaning I have ever had. I had a great cleaning today (by Amanda?) - and of course, I love to see Dr. Ballard. He is just the nicest man ever! Only complaint that I have is that you do not discount for a cash payment. Other dentists do this, and now that I do not have dental insurance, every dollar counts. Although I LOVE Dr. Ballard, I may have to change dentists based on this "discrimination". High quality dentistry Very friendly, professional service
Excellent service and warm, inviting atmosphere Dr. Ballard is simply the best! The dental hygenist were both equally competent, friendly and gave my wife and I both excellent cleanings. The practice even called to tell us they could clean our teeth at the same time when we were originally scheduled for back to back appointments. This is going the extra mile to ensure patients receive consideration along with the superb care.
Friendly, hygienist was very good I arrived 5 minutes prior to appt., signed in at front desk. Somehow the front desk gal didn't sign me in and my hygienist had to call to see where I was. I was sitting in the waiting room. They were very apologetic, but this really shouldn't happen.
