Dr Ballard and Kathy are superior I have been a patient of Dr Ballard for over 30 years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The staff are all pleasant, kind and welcoming. You would have to be on another planet to miss an appointment because of their diligent means of communication the week before the appointment. High Quality Service I went in for bleaching trays and my experience was wonderful the lady talked to me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable with the trays! Have been going there for about 3 years now and I love it. Everyone in the office is so nice! I would highly recommend family and friends to go here!
Excellent service When I arrived I received a friendly greeting and welcome by name from receptionist Julie. She does exceptionally well in her important position, and I like it that she is a long-time employee. My hygienist is Amanda, and her work is excellent.
