Dr. McArtor is such a kind and gentle dentist. He is very thorough with making sure I am comfortable and experience no pain. I appreciate his "bedside manner" as well because he always explains what he's doing and gives updates. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because usually when I have the nitrous oxide gas (I usually only ask for it if he has to drill), I didn't feel as "out of it" as I usually do. Prompt appointment, excellent cleaning and evaluation Alexandra and Dr Ballard provided an excellent dental exam and thorough but gentle cleaning in an on time appointment. I have been going for years and have never been disappointed.
As usual, Dr McArtor is kind and gentle. He explains everything, no pressure to do anything without discussing it. I LOVE MY DENTIST! !! The staff is wonderful also.
Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but all of you make it much more enjoyable. Cathy and I always have a good time discussing the issues at hand, Dr. Ballard is very nice and all of you at the front desk are always so friendly, and enjoyable too, even if you take my $$$$ away from me. Timely and professional!!! Dr. Ballard is awesome! I am greatful he is educated in dental care during pregnancy! He also is a ninja at doing fillings! I had a huge chip in a front tooth and he did a flawless job in under 10 minutes!! It was great!
Considerate care It has been a pleasant transition from my previous dentist at the same clinic to Dr. Ballard. He is very professional and listens carefully when I answer a question. He takes the time to explain things to my satisfaction, and it is clear that he is sincere in his desire to proved excellent treatment. There is some optional dental work to be done, but absolutely no pressure.
Wait time I had to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was told an emergency case delayed my appointment. I would have appreciated the receptionist or other staff advising me of the delay when I arrived, or at some time during my wait in the lobby. Appointment was 1/21 at 10:30. I same thing happened on my previous appointment October 2015. I had to wait 40 minutes, and no staff member advised me of that there would be a delay. Great service. Gentle and thorough. Amanda was excellent. I had burned my mouth the day before my appointment. She was very gentle and careful not to cause me any pain. Thank you Amanda
Ashley did a great job on cleaning my teeth. Very kind and concerned about my comfort. As always, Dr McArtor was great. Checking and making sure we were on the same page with everything.
