Wonderful, friendly staff! I really enjoy Dr. Ballard and all the other staff at Mckee family dentistry. They are very friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Carri does a fantastic job of showing my son how to brush, floss, etc and takes the time show him where he is doing good and where he could use improvement. Thank you, Carri!
crown experience Everything went smoothly with both Dr McArtor and Callie. Everything was fully explained and they were always checking with me to be sure all was okay. While going to the dentist is not something one wants to do, the overall experience was great.
Dr. Ballard Dr. Ballard was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the dental procedures thoroughly and answered all of the questions I had. On many occasions during my procedures he asked how I was tolerating everything.
Things went pretty smoothly - any and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Hoping all future appointments go just as easy! Dr. F and all staff are always friendly and helpful!
Dr. Ballard was extremely nice and attentive! Valerie was wonderful and was the only dental hygienist I've ever had who explained what she was going to do before doing it which was very nice. Dr. Ballard actually looked at my file before coming in and explained things to me in a simple manner. Very nice staff and nothing hurt!
Dr. F and Tara, very helpful, friendly and thorough. We liked the decision about doing one or two things and consulting before proceeding with the rest of treatment. Like being able to discuss possible treatments and not being rushed out of there. Overall, we are very happy with the consultation and initial exam.
