everything went very well except for the computer was down so they could not take an xray of the problem I was having

I walked in and told them I was looking to change dentists, and was due for a cleaning. They had a cancellation for a hygiene appt. at 2pm, only 40 minutes away. I took the appt. and the hygienist was a total delight. I've definitely found my new dental office! A beautiful office and a wonderful staff.

Appointment went smoothly, per usual. On time, quick and relatively painless. Doctor Ballard was concerned about another tooth and took the time to discuss possible ways to work with it. After 23 years, he's still tops in my books.

Dr Ballard is excellent.He explained my procedure thoroughly and put me at ease during my filling replacement. I was very comfortable and was impressed with how quickly he performed the job.

The office staff is so great and very friendly. Dr. Ballard is such a kind dentist. One of those special, hard to find dentists. I live in Longmont, but don't mind driving for such a great experience.

I was welcomed at the front desk; I requested an address change, which was done at that time. The Dental Asst took me back at 8a, my appt time. Everyone was friendly and did a great job. Thank you so much!
