I had a small dental emergency Sunday pm, I left a vm for the on-call dentist and for Dr. Feichtinger's office to see if I could be seen on Monday. I got a call back from the on-call dentist within 30 min. and Dr. F's office called me before 8:30 Monday a.m. and was able to see me at noon that day. Fantastic service!!!

Laura and Dr. Ballard made me feel comfortable. They both did an excellent job--very professional. My tooth has never been better. The office staff was terrific. Thank you. I'm glad you're my Dental Staff.

Jackie treated me in a professional and effective manner as she took the xrays and cleaned my teeth. Dr. Feichtinger looked at my xrays and examined my teeth and gums, then gave me his assessment of my current state of dental health.

We have regularly seen seven or eight general dentists in our lifetime. Rating on the curve, only McKee Family Dentistry and one other clinic would receive EXCELLENT. Our dentists have been personable, have taken excellent care of our teeth; and we appreciate that they are willing to refer us to specialists when advisable.

My family has been going to Dr. Ballard for 18 years. With five kids they took care of just about every dental problem/emergency there is. They are punctual, couteous and offer quality care. They always remember family names and interests meaning they take take time to learn about their clients. Thank you!
