I would absolutely give them zero stars if that was possible. The office experience was absolutely horrible! VERY unprofessional and only after money they do not care about you or your loved ones.Please don't send your loved one to this facility.
Poorly managed! I took my uncle out of there after they continuously ran him out of his heart medication. The management of this facility is horrific. In my opinion, management sees the residents only as dollar signs. In just two weeks, he is excelling at his new facility.
