The place was clean. The people were nice and the therapy was good. I liked being able to go outside when I wanted to. The food was ok.

I felt like I could have used more direction on what I was supposed to do or not do when I first arrived. The food was good. The therapists were really nice and did a good job working with me.

I was at another facility for a few months and decided to come back here because this place is clean and I like the food. I really like the staff here, they are like family to me.

I have been a resident at the Meadows of Scioto for over a year now. I love the activity programs they have here. We had an all night Bingo from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and it was a blast! I have made some great friends since I've been here. The housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping the place clean. The food is not too bad.

The place was clean and very nice. The nurses and care that I received was wonderful. There were a few hiccups with my medicines. Ninety percent of the employees were nice. Over all, it was a good experience.
