My car was having braking issues and my friend suggested Meineke. The online appointment making was fast and easy. I received confirmation quickly. I've been going to the Castleton Meineke for years because they treat you so well. The Service Manager, Mike, always goes above and beyond. I like how they let you know the areas of service that should be repaired now, as well as some other areas needing attention in the future. It's a great feeling when you can find a car care center you trust.
Great experience! I was able to make an appointment online for the next day. I dropped off the car in the morning and it was done later that day. Great communication from the office and the prices seemed very reasonable. I will definitely be returning in the future.
