Brandon Mitchell PA is a great primary medical care provider along with his nurse Lori. I find the support staff from the receptionist to the lab staff friendly, caring & professional!

This Mercy Clinic is the best. My husband and I have Dr. Brandon Mitchell as our family physician. He has been my physician for over twenty years now. He has a wonderful assistance nurse, Lori. They always call me back when I leave a message. They have never let me down. Thank you for all the years you have put up with us. Thank you to the ladies at the from desk also, they are fantastic too.
This Mercy One clinic is desperate for money. All they continually want to do is either refer you to one of their other doctors for more expensive treatments or tests. But what really bothers me the most with Dr Brandon Mitchell who really isn't a doctor he's a PA, is I have been using the same prescription since 2021 and every time I have to fight to get my refill. They gave my 18-month-old the wrong vaccines at his appointment. They gave him the HPV vaccine, meant for pre-teens, and justified it by telling me that they give it to younger kids in Europe. He was fine, and we went back it to get the one he missed, but this seems like serious negligence. Should have learned, I thought it was a fluke, but a few years later they gave my daughter a prescription for antibiotics that was stronger than an adult dose because they accidentally doubled it.
