While the Front desk staff was helpful and friendly, the other employees in this site are horrendous to clients and even to each other. They openly bully the front desk staff and refuse to help. The sheer disrespect ive seen the staff give to their own employees and clients its downright shameful. I feel really sorry for what the poor front desk staff have to endure. If this is whats publicly shown, I shudder to think how they behave behind closed doors.

I've seen Meghann Smith for the past few visits I've had. I'm a big believer in giving credit where it is due, and she deserves some credit. I've had a small laundry list of oddball symptoms/concerns I would like to get addressed and she has always taken the time to be patient and thoroughly listen to those concerns. I've been to clinics in the past where it seems like they can't wait to get you out the door so they can move onto the next patient as quickly as possible. I had my first appointment with Dr. Jason Kopp DO, and it was a fantastic experience. From the beginning, I was impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment. The office is well-kept and inviting, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and patient, making me feel welcome. I see Dr. McKenna and am someone who hates going to the doctor - but Dr. McKenna is one of the best out there. He truly listens and cares about his patients. He’s my primary care, and whenever I need in for illness or a quick need, I’m thankful for the office staff that makes it happen. For someone who dreads the doctor’s office, this office and Dr. McKenna are a true gem. I’ll never go anywhere else.
