Was sent to mercy endocrinology specifically because every diabetes medicine was making me very sick. Was approved for fulani for this reason as well. I was told if I was too sick to be at work just needed to call and they would send me a note for my fmla. The first time, the receptionist Jenny was the rudest person I've ever spoken to over the phone. Basically calling me a liar. I have a rare blood sugar issue as a non diabetic, and my care here has been great. Reception is friendly and kind. PA was knowledgeable, listened to me, and was compassionate. I’ll be glad to continue my care here.
Great experience! From the NP to all the office staff - kind and helpful. This was my first visit and when I left, I felt assured I am in good hands. Thank you, staff, for being there. I appreciate you!
I called twice on Monday and spoke to two different receptionists, both whom I gave my contact info to. Both told me they would get me the information to fill out so that I could have my records faxed. Neither did any form of follow-through. The same goes for getting referred to a specialist since the doctor there did not have much experience with my diagnosis. I was sent a referral to a different clinic and basically am having to start from scratch elsewhere. Bottom line is the care and follow through here is next to none..... read more
I would leave zero if I could. I used to see Dr. Suarez and she was wonderful but the office staff has always been terrible. I have had people interrupt me with an attitude, tell me what I’m explaining or asking about is irrelevant, put their hand in my face, the list goes on. It takes me almost an hour to get through anytime I call. Usually I get no answer.
