The phlebotomist (Gigi?) was friendly and put me at ease. She was very capable and there was virtually no pain.
UPDATE: Surprise...not. Once again, I have received a bill that did not go through insurance. Last time, they tried to blame my doctor by saying she submitted the wrong account. So I asked her, and she showed me the copy she sends to them. It is indeed correct, it is the only one she has. This is in addition to the fact that I have told them this information AT LEAST FOUR TIMES in the last 8 months!! I do not understand how a hospital can be this incompetent. Billing department is a huge mess. I've been trying to solve and issue since February and I haven't received any resolution to my case. Terrible customer service.
This place cannot get their billing figured out. Say they sent statements twice (to correct address on file) and I never get. Then they sent to collection. I was livid. We are DONE with this lab. Terrible terrible billing service. Avoid this unless you want to spend time on the phone sorting out the bills you never receive.
Billing needs to figure things out. Lots of messes and headaches with them which led to us getting sent to collections. Spending hours on the phone to clean up their messes.
