Great I am a floor installer and I buy all the my materials at metro. I have had no problems at all with their supplies. My customers are too very pleased with the value and quality of the carpet.

like client the receptionist has not customer service skills at all, if you buy from them make sure to ask anything, read small letters from the receipt and before you leave open the box and make sure that you got what do you want plus make sure that it's not a "special order" ask for that because they don't tell you and some of the suppliers do not accept returns if you bought less than 5...
