A roofing project is a big undertaking and, as the owners of a 100+year old house, we were anxious heading into it. MGS was a great company to work with. Mike Manick was our salesman and he was fantastic - his knowledge and expertise, responsiveness and respectful demeanor were a great comfort to us as we embarked on this big project. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about MGS Construction and their sales representative Al. From my initial contact to the end of the project, Al was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and always provided expedited answers to my many questions. In all phases of the project: roof, gutters and the unforeseen chimney repairs: the installation crew did quality work and thoroughly cleaned when the project was completed. MGS Construction is an excellent company and I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.

Al and his crew removed the old and installed the new roof of our house in one day. From the beginning to the end, the entire process was very smooth and pleasant. When finished, they cleaned the site as carefully as they could. And the price is reasonable. It is highly recommended.

MGS Construction was recommended by a friend and very responsive to my request for a quote on installing a new roof. My home has a relatively large roof with complex lines and a couple of areas with minimal pitch. All of my concerns were addressed and the crew removed the old roof , drip edge, and replaced flashing where necessary. We just had a new roof put on our house on Dec 28th. Al Guevara was the , in My terms the Quality Manager in charge! Al's experience in the roofing business is exceptional. Materials were delivered on the 27th, including the dumpster. The Roofing Techs arrived at 7:30 a.m. Covered my house with tarps, and my roof was stripped, along with replacing 4 sheets of plywood because of rot . I had my roof replaced by MGS construction end of november 2022. Their estimate was very competitive among the several obtained. The house is a 100+ yo victorian, and the roof has multiple turrets; the old roofing filled a dumpster the size of a school bus. All went according to promise. I contracted with MGS Construction to replace a skylight. My initial contact was with Mike in sales. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. Manny, the owner, inspected the work, and reviewed the mechanisms with me until I was comfortable that all was running smoothly. The work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to others.
