Michael was always very responsive, candid, and helped with a steady stream of communication. He responded to calls, texts and emails at all hours of the day. Michael and Lindsay are, by far, the best lender experience we have ever had. They always returned calls immediately if they were not available. This is the second loan Michael has done for me and my husband. During this process he assigned Lindsay as our loan officer. She was always professional and took great care of our needs. Michael and Lindsay both took the time to answer any questions or address any concerns we may have had, and did it in a timely manner.
