He made sure we understood everything that was going on and explained exactly what he was doing and what he needed from us and why, nothing was left out from the start to the finish. He was reachable 24/7, and if you have to leave a message for him he made sure that he returned your call within the shortest amount of time. He truly was wonderful to deal with and extremely professional and noligable.
