Mike is great all around. Honest, very informative and almost always available. I would email him not realizing the day it time, and he would get back to me immediately with any answers I needed. If I did not understand something, he made sure we did not hang up unless I fully got it. He was readily available while I was working with another lender that I was unsatisfied with, stepped in and made my 1st home home buyer experience a more pleasant one! Definitely would recommend him!!!!

Mike did an outstanding job walking me through the refinance process. He was in constant communication with me via phone and email every step of the way. It was very reassuring to know he was reachable at anytime to answer any questions or concerns. It was truly a pleasure working with him.

I have bought several homes over the years and know many loan officers. Mike Dafnis is by far the best mortgage specialist I have worked with to date. He is extremely knowledgable, patient, straight forward and has calm yet confident demeanor that is very reassuring to the buyer/borrower. Mike delivers, and he doesn‚Äôt hit you with a bunch of ‚Äúgotchas‚Äù out of left field.

Mike is amazing!!! He is punctual, responds to any questions or concerns you may have so quickly and will make it happen through any adversity! He made sure I was on track for closing and even helped me close with a cheaper closing cost than expected!
