Simply put, Mike knows the mortgage industry and how to get people approved. I worked with him on a deal that had some non-traditional aspects. Mike knew various options to get the deal done. He and his team were great to manage the paperwork and guide me through the process. Can't say enough positive things.

Mike Picore is top-notch in his industry and has always been so knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Mike was very helpful on every aspect of the loan Always keeping in contact to see if if everything was was going well. We started our loan process in late March and were told the loan would probably close in late May . Closing was. right when it was predicted everything went smoothly.
