I have done several mortgages over the years with Mike. Mike and his team are awesome! Buying a new home is always a stressful matter. Mike always asked for documents well ahead of time so there are no surprises, always putting you and your family at ease. We tried a mortgage broker first. He accomplished nothing. Then we met Mike. He got the work done, knew the answers to our questions, and was a pleasure to work with. What a difference the right lender makes!

Refinanced my home through Michael and his team. Not my first refi, but definitely the smoothest I've been through. They have the process dialed in. Documentation processing was very efficient, and communication was great. Highly recommended.

Michael is a great loan officer. He asks for the documents to ensure that you have a solid loan but he knows what to ask for so that you're gathering materials a minimum amount of times. I would highly recommend Michael. We've done one purchase and two refinances with him.

I am one to take advantage of low interest rates and have refinanced at least a half dozen times. This was by far the easiest and most painless process to date. His online communication, and document delivery system was a breeze to use. My biggest pet peeve, is when I get asked for different items at different times, that was not the case with Michael, he knew what was needed and asked for everything at the beginning, and 4 weeks later I signed the closing docs. I hate anything to do with mortgages-All the paperwork you need, the signing, the dotting of 'i's and crossing of 't's and every step to get there can be daunting. But, obviously, you have to do all these things to get a mortgage or a re-fi like we did. Mike and his team were there the whole way. They were always happy to help and were very diligent about keeping us informed and on track. Mike is one of those people that I can call or email with a question, and even when it doesn't pertain to him or his business he will offer advice or suggestions to help us make a good decision; I have never had to question Mike's knowledge or his ability to put me first.
