Michael made the home buying process about as smooth as it could possibly could've been. There were many days I became frustrated with the many calls, request for documentation, email this, fax that, and overall process, but Michael was able to talk me "off the ledge" each time. Michael's professionalism and knowledge of the product really made this experience alot more pleasant and simple and on 5/8/18, after all his hard work, he also showed up at my closing!!! Now, that was above and beyond!
