Went in 4 months ago for carpet. Kim has been helpful from the start. She has been keeping in contact with me via email and letting me know when they got left over carpet. I did end up going with something totally different but the experience was overall easy and comfortable. I’m sorry for those that didn’t have a good experience but give Kim on Lindbergh a chance. She cares about her customers. Thank you!!!
Need to add to previous comments - when we bought our carpet at Michael's we spent 20 minutes signing multiple papers - more, I think than we signed when we bought our home! Also, their website doesn't list prices for products - it's all "call for prices" which is their way of getting your phone number so they can sell it to telemarketers. Additionally, it hides the prices so you can't do fair comparisons online. Seems the big box "home improvement" stores will get all my flooring business from now on.
Everything started out great, the representative came out to my home and measured and brought samples. The dynamics changed after the carpet was paid for and installed the issue arose. 1. Excessive amount of carpet left over. So much that I could make four very nice size rugs from 2. Called them about a million times in one day with questions and requests for my client. Kim was extremely helpful and sent me the information I needed immediately. Great customer service. Can't wait to see the installed product!
Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. Went into the St. Peter's store and they looked at me like I'd interrupted their social hour and the store was empty. They offered no help or advice. I'll never return.
