Well, new experience trying to sell a home during a pandemic! Mickie and her team were very professional and helpful getting us ready to sell our home. The staging was a great touch for making the space more attractive than bare floors/walls/ceilings. We were out of town for the showings but were kept informed of all showing activity. The home sold in a timely manner in line with the neighborhood comparables. We were able to do our closing from our new Florida home without having to visit Houston during the Covid event which was appreciated. We would recommend Mickie and her team to sell your property.

I have know Mickie for a long time. We have been renting for years and kept putting away every time we wanted to buy a house. The timing was not for us at the time. After facing a reality with our landlord was planning on retiring and raising our rent to meet her finances, we decided to buy our first house. Our budget range was consider a sellers market. Houses would go under contract quick. Julie Knowles with Mickie C is consider the “Macgyver” of all real estate agents according to Mickie. Raising one year old daughter and looking at Hundreds of houses online was a challenge for us and stressful. Julie would provide more intel of all the houses we looked at and any background information if the seller was hiding or misleading the potential buyer. She was very helpful during the process and provided some great advise. While comparing apples and oranges with the same target budget range, we were a bit shocked on differences on square footage or some houses needed some TLC where ended being a money pit house. We finally narrow down to one that made sense and location wise. Thank you for finding our dream house! Highly recommend the hot pink team!

Mickie and her team are the best! They go above and beyond to make your real estate experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Angela is awesome!! she is so sweet, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me buy my dream home and stuck with me for 3 years even when I wasn't sure what I wanted. The whole team is really extraordinary! Oh my gosh, where to begin? We interviewed 3 of the top Real Estate Agents in the area and chose the RIGHT ONE for sure. This is our third real estate transaction and by far the very best and easiest ever. I call Mickie's team the "DREAM TEAM". Mickie, Dawn, Shawana, Alexis, Theresa (stager) and photographer really go over and above to make the transactions easy. From listing, photographing, staging, to showings and closing; everything was easy and fast. We listened to what was suggested to make any improvements and it surely worked. Once we signed the contract for listing with Mickie and Co., the organization went like clock work. Once the listing was posted on line, the showings started immediately and we had 4 offers in 3 days. Three above listing and one for listing price. What a successful experience for us. Thank you all for making this an easy experience for us. We would highly recommend Mickie and Company for any future real estate deals.

Strongly recommend Mickie C Realty. We went to them after strong recommendations from a family friend of ours of being the best realtor in Katy/Cypress. Angela/Shawna were always attentive/communicative at every step and were patient with all our questions as first time home buyers. Not only did they make the entire process comfortable for us they saved us quite a bit of money through negotiations. Can’t say enough nice things about this group of girl power!
