I have made many complaints in regards to the cleanliness of the toilets (ladies) they are disgusting, there are many staff that have agreed but today when trying to explain to the lady at customer service that the toilets needed cleaning I was told they are cleaned regularly and have just been cleaned as there was a water spill.. RecommendedOverall a good shopping center, free parking and Aldi......but will not go back to Foolok chinese as the staff there chose to single me out about there overfill policy in front of other customers. That isn't how you treat your customers. Hope center management can have a wee word to them about this.
went yesterday, needed to use the parents room, the toilet near the food court was so small I could hardly bring my pram in with my 4 month old. change the door. and the parents room across from cotton on... That was absolutely putrid, it smelt disgusting. you expect mothers to feed their children in that. something needs to change. I was so disappointed, drive an hour to get there and I was appalled. should have gone to Joondalup.

RecommendedSeriously does anyone clean the toilets at the coffee club end? Been here quite a few times today and they’re disgusting, in fact these toilets are always designating, sure you can afford new toilet seats and a clean every hour or so?
The toilets opposite Midland Gate pharmacy are always disgusting. Every time I visit they are in appalling condition - some stalls flush mechanism never works, they're always blocked, the floors are covered in mess (or flooded), often there's faeces or blood on the walls 🤢, multiple times there are wine bottles and other litter, just to name a few. Thanks for as you call it the breach notice that you gave my daughter for parking at your shopping centre , for the record she works there full time for the last 6 months , she did not agree to pay all additional cost as per stated in your breach notice, I will be coming to see you, low act fining someone coming to work there.
Chatters and the Sandpiper cafe now closed due to Centre management demanding ridiculous rents. Both were institutions for the area. As a former resident now living some distance away I would still drive out to midland just to dine there on regular basis. Now I have no reason to visit midland. Poor form Midland Gate management. The Centre manage Allison Broardbent should stand down immediately.
Beware of the Telstra shop , paid an account Boxing Day , just found out the staff member paid the money into a different account, have to wait now until Telstra sort it out , can't trust anyone these days. Probably paid it to a friends ac.
