Customer service desk completely unaware of the situation in spite of sign being on wall nearby. When I asked what they could do I got a shrug. No they don’t do rainchecks. Tried going shopping today but couldn’t get parked anyway. Was an utter joke. Won’t be shopping here again.
Im actually pretty pissed off at Midland Gate at the moment. I live an hour away. I come quite regually and every time I do I only manage to get parking up top near the cinema (baby with a pram I guess) and everytime I come the fu****ing elevator isnt working!!! This pisses me off because I am so scared to take my pram down the escalator.. so If my partner or someone is with me I get them to do it. But it shits me everytime I go its almost always broken (out of order!)
No parking due to renovations. So we parked at the end of a row, not impinging on anyone And not in an unsafe location. Over seven metres between our vehicle and those needing to exit. Thanks for the great $77 fine. It is your fault that you have no parking available at peak times due to the enormous renovation which has closed most of your parking. You'll make heaps of money from the extension while fleecing your loyal shoppers for parking fines. Disgusting! Will take our very regular business elsewhere.
