After being assaulted security was slow and unhelpful. Absolutely disgraceful

Has all the shops you need but too many stall in the middle of the walk way.
Really shocked at the toilets and the bugs all over the walls - the toilets stink and there is no ventilation. How many people have to complain??
I think ots time for a make over the toilets smell does not matter what time of the day u go less walking space every time u go and carpark full of leaves and nuts off the tree
Both Parent rooms need some serious work. Considering that babies cannot handle the heat well you would think they would have air conditioning in there or something... and the smell is horrendous! Also if you did up the parents room near customer service you would think to also update the feeding area too? It's not exactly pleasant to listen to the female toilets flushing every 10 seconds or so.
Absolutely disgusted with the service received this afternoon at the Information Centre. Had mobile stolen went to see if it was handed in girl behind counter could not have cared less. Ripped a scrappy piece of paper out of a notebook told me to write my name down all whilst staring into space. So unhelpful and could clearly see I was upset. Will be complaining to Centre Manager on Monday.
