Everything went very well. As I was out of state, we only talked on the phone. He has a way of making you feel very comfortable. I would give him 5* on everything… honest, professional, knowledgeable, excellent response time, and very well connected within his industry. I would highly recommend him and would use him again in an instant!

Mike Lombardo is the epitome of professionalism. I have moved multiple times from coast to coast and overseas. Most have gone well. This move was very difficult. The difficulty was in no way due to how Mr. Lombardo conducted business. If it was not for Mr. Lombardo's eye for detail and diligence to the matter at hand, the sale of my house and my outcome would have been a poor one. My husband and I were not initially invested in purchasing a property. We found a house we were interested in and asked his opinion on waiting for the market. I could not have asked for a more competent, intelligent realtor who truly listened to our needs. He diligently worked through a precarious deal and I have to say we came out on top. This is the best realtor in Lee County! Mike is an excellent example of a professional transaction. It’s all based on the PERSON not the COMPANY. He stayed in touch with me through the entire process. Additionally, once he arrived for the initial consultation he came prepared with all the comps in my zip code. His photographer arrived the very next day after we signed the contract for pictures and sold my home in less than a week
