The maintenance crew is one of the best and our Manager at Covington Square, Miguel Zeppta is the best! He cares for the residents, makes it a great, fun, place to live. After giving a negative review because of a lighting issue at Spring Park Apartments Milestone Property Mgmt. had about 60% of the problem fixed which illuminates the parking in the rear of the complex a bit better. As they have said to fix the problem 100% would be not only costly but greatly inconvenience the residents requiring them to park on the street a distance from they apartment.
