Ann has helped my mom for years and now is helping me with my house. She is very knowledgeable with her products. My family has been very happy with her service over the past several years and the installers she has arranged have done a great job.
Just happened to use this company for a recent renovation because we were familiar with the company through commercials and a friend recommended them. Their selection of products is fabulous. We were able to work with a guy named Andrew quite a bit and he was great. Super professional, knowledgeable...great customer service. They always run great deals too. If you aren't set with a flooring company yet, shop Mill Creek.
Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the old process. Even followed up after installation was complete. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job...left my house in perfect order. My carpet is beautiful. I recommend anyone to go see Rachel when shopping for flooring. Mill Creek has anything you can imagine in flooring.
Nat Brown has done a great job taking of my wood floor needs. I have bought wood flooring from him on my last 7 homes. We started with rustic Hickory, we have used wide plank walnut and others. He makes the customers feel at ease. He takes care of timing and always delivers on time. The crews are great and Fast. Way to go Mill Creek. Give Nate a raise. but still keep your prices down.

My wife and I recently purchased a historic home (built in 1903). After tearing up the carpet we discovered that the old wood floors were in really bad shape. Nate came highly recommended by a family member so I hired him to take on the job. Nate and his crew refinished most of the old wood floors both up and downstairs and also put down new wood in several rooms. Needless to say they knocked it out of the park.
