Tracey came out and measured our center. She was super nice and got a quote back to us in no time! Highly recommend her to anyone!
Very very poor customer service. 14 months ago I had my entire upstairs carpet replaced and downstairs flooring. The carpet was installed by laying down 1/2 of the room and then splicing the other half of the room together. Flash forward 14 months and the carpet is buckling across the entire room along this seem. Made numerous phone calls and left a few messages and never received a call back. 3 weeks after the first call I finally got in touch with the manager.
