I had to take a deep sigh before beginning to write this review. I hope that it reaches the decision-makers so that improvements can be made. I did a ton of research before deciding to make the switch from my current mobile service provider to Mingle Mobile. I am a very calculated person and I don't make decisions lightly or hastily. Bought esim. Was waiting for email and finally after 3 days they cancelled my order. It was saying I requested refund. But no any refund on my card. Scam
The most expensive unlimited data is not unlimited it's just 35 gigabytes with 10GB of hotspot The only thing what they do good is that there is really no slowdown and because of mingle I know now that even we have T-Mobile's most expensive plan they slow us down sometimes but mingle is a race of money too expensive for the little gigabytes and it's just not unlimited data they just fooled me
Rough around the edges. Not a smooth activation. App gives conflicting information in two locations within the app regarding data usage. Both which conflict with the unlimited plan I actually purchased . App didn't have my phone in the drill down menu. (Pixel 9) only the series thru Pixel 8 Pro. Service so far appears okay and data speed is 136 down and 26 up, which is much better than the carrier I switched from.
I didn't get my refund why???
They lied about the plan details and when they’d slow down your data. I am a victim myself. Don’t ever buy their plans or have anything to do with them, that’s my advice.
It was advertised as a no limits unlimited plan. Also saying that the hotspot will never throttle down. Both are in fact wrong. The unlimited that says its truly unlimited is capped at 35 GB then they slow it down. The hotspot that is supposed to be zero throttling slows down after 10 GB. I've had over MVNOs that connect with T-Mobile towers and I always got around 50 to 350 mbps down. With mingle I get Max 20 mbps down. It's just trash all around.
