customer service is awful
I have never been refused my own account information until i recently requested it to port out of this horrible service. I have provided my personal information to verify identity but yet I can’t get my account number do 2 its sensitivity

Tried to activate SIM card and your system sucks still haven't gotten it transfer
So far I believe everything is going good. I originally thought I was having my identity stolen but remembered I ordered the SIM card. It's supposed to arrive today so I'll know more about your service when I actually use the service
I haven't had any desire to use your service and I believe someone is using my email, name, and contact info to set up phone service in my name.
If you cancel someone due to, "security reasons," there should be some mechanism to work through that stated reason for cancelation in case the user STILL wants/desires to test your services!!
