E-Sim not working. Customer support was trash.
I never received my activation code
The phone service never worked. I got the service for work and nothing. So it cost me alot of money
When signing up, I was told that my phone was unlocked and compatible with the service. So I followed through with transferring my number from my previous carrier. After the transfer was complete, and my previous carriers service was terminated as a result, I find out that my phone is not compatible. So, after reaching out to “24/7” customer support (And waiting 4-6 hours in between messages with them), I am told that my phone is carrier locked and all I can do is buy a new phone. Placed new eIM order on Saturday, email confirmation said eSIM would be delivery in minutes, but until Sunday, no account and activation code received, even checked in Junk mail box. Not sure if they issue eSIM at weekend. Use online chat customer service, had to wait hours, even copied all order confirmation email to chat, CSR still does not know what I am asking. Worst provider I ever seen.
