Avoid this company at all costs, it's a complete joke, they're practically taking you for a ride! I made an appointment on Monday for the following Tuesday to renew my car registration card. The shopkeeper was unfriendly and unsmiling, giving us the distinct impression that we were intruding. His responses were brief and almost dismissive. A little more positivity would have been appreciated.
I wanted to get a badge made at this store, but they quoted me over 40 euros, which seems excessive. At other stores, the price is usually around 20 euros for the same service. I understand that prices can vary, but this difference is really too great.
Over €70 for a duplicate of a flat security key; it seemed outrageously expensive, but I needed it urgently. A few days later, in a shopping center in Juvignac, I curiously asked the price for a duplicate of the same key: €28!! And you say your prices are slightly higher than elsewhere? It's a disgrace! I call it robbery! And don't bother boasting about a lifetime guarantee on flat keys; I've never in my life encountered a flat key that stopped working!
I highly recommend this shop. I dealt with a young man named Thomas who was very professional and kind. He was very attentive and offered excellent advice regarding shoe repairs. It's an address I'll definitely keep in mind. However, I don't understand how they can have staff working without air conditioning during a heatwave. As a customer, who only spends a few minutes in the shop, it's already difficult, so for the staff it must be hell.
