I don’t leave reviews often but I feel this was bad enough and could possibly save someone $5000....I bought my Honda brand new from Mistlin in 2015 and have always brought my car for maintenance there. Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience that I know of. Until recently, they have now LOST what was going to be a life long customer in which I always referred everyone I know. It seemed as if my concern for my car was overlooked and I was given an excuse that made no sense just to dismiss my concern. This also made it seem as if they did not know what was going on with my car and just made an excuse.
Service department is a joke. Lied about how long it would take to do the repair. Wasted an hour driving up and now an hour to drive back. Shame on you.

I took my 2018 Civic with 35,000 miles in to Mistlin as my transmission was making a loud whining noise. Mistlin called me back and told me they heard nothing (this was a loud noise). I told them I would ride with a technician and point out the noise. I did and the technician agreed it was not supposed to make that noise. They refused to diagnose the problem instead they told me I had to pay for a transmission flush. Good service in service dept. Bad experience with shuttle service. waited 3 hrs but service was not provided. Shuttle driver busy with coffee. Even after enquiring service was not provided. . Suggestion- if you can't provide, please don't promice

I had bought a new car from Toyota for my wife, and it was the third car I had bought from them. After buying my pickup from Mistlin Honda, I will never buy another car from Toyota. With Toyota it was all about profit, with Honda it was all about Customer Services. Danny Coffman
