Over 6 hours because the ‘brake machine’ kept breaking down. Consistently told “just another 1/2 hour”. Appointment at 7:30 took until 1:50 to complete. Appointment at 7:30 meant nothing as a car from Friday night was put ahead of me. I was scheduled by a Mistlin Service guy on Thursday, ahead of the Friday night car. Scheduled an appt at 1:45 got there early and car didn't even get serviced until I went to the service advisor and asked what was going on. We got there before a few people who had their car taken care of before ours. Ended up getting the car serviced and done at around 3:45pm. Maybe if I had scheduled an appointment in the morning hours the wait would of been different. I just don't know why it took that long for the vehicle to get serviced.

sevice was very good but website was not up to date. wrong times on oil change and repair start times. this made it hard to plan my schedule and hard on the folks trying to make up the time.

Actual price a bit less than original quote and from my appointment time to when I drove away was under an hour, when I expected 90 minutes!

I purchased 2 Honda’s recently, 2018 Honda Civic Si and a 2018 Honda CR-V Touring. My issue is with the high end Honda CR-V Touring. I purchased the car do to it’s safety features, my wife commutes 60+ miles to work. My wife has been complaining about the display (stereo system) doing some unusual things such as going dark, display going bright then dim, display basically doing it’s own thing without the ability to control it. On February 4th, 2019, I took my 2019 Honda Insight for a pre-arranged service appointment. I had made request for oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped my vehicle at the dealership, before walking into the service reception, I drew an X on the front driver side tire with a pen. We went to look at a car, and they told me that they couldn't tell me what my trade in value is unless I filled out a credit application. I'm not about to have my credit score affected by being run unless I know that they will give me a fair deal. I would never do business with a business like this.
