Excellent, amazing, and perfect are all words I would use to describe the company and customer service. I had an issue with my mattress and within a 10 minute phone call we were able to meet in the middle and have a great solution. Every product has the occasional issue and what matters the most is how a company handles it. MLILY handled it perfectly. I could not be happier with my mattress or the company! PS Gregg was AWESOME!

Recently had an issue with our mattress. MLilly promptly responded with our warranty claim and is replacing the mattress, which we will have in a couple of days. Great company. Fantastic customer service. Even better nights sleep. Thanks MLily. Thanks Gregg. Job well done.

We bought our first MLILY mattress back in October 2015 after we got married. By the following summer our mattress had become moldy and I was livid because, even though we got a really good deal from a local wholesale shop, our mattress was a decent investment. We were told by the wholesaler that we had to contact MLILY for any issues we had. After trying to find a phone number, we found out we had to email customer service to issue a claim on our mattress. I was upset at first that there was no phone number to call, but I emailed customer service and heard back from an awesome rep almost immediately! She was a mom that worked from home and gave me her personal cell phone number to call her with my questions. I called her and she made the claim process smooth and easy for me. She was amazing and I wish I remembered her name! Our new mattress was shipped to us the following week after we sent them pictures of the moldy one, and it didn't cost us a penny. From that moment on I loved MLILY! And our new bed has had zero issues! When I saw they were hosting a giveaway before Christmas 2016 I immediately entered for my sister who is getting married and needed a new bed. I ended up winning the giveaway and my sister received her mattress about a week later. As soon as it was set up and fluffed up, we all took turns laying on it and everyone raved about how comfortable it was! My sister also said it was the first night in a long time that she didn't wake up with a neck ache! She loves her new Tranquility mattress and my husband and I still love our Serenity. MLILY is a great company run by great people!!
