Eric and Josue and team at M&M did a great job! We had our entire 2nd floor carpet and stairs taken out and put luxury vinyl plank down. Once we placed the order, the process was seamless from scheduling installation to completing the project over two days. I am so pleased with my new floors and the entire process. From the consultation, to ordering, to the install, everything was so smooth. We were trying to match new floors with our older existing ones and they did such a great job that I can’t even tell where the old starts and the new begins!
We had stair runners placed and we couldn't be happier. From start to end, the experience was top notch. I went to the store and was helped by Stephanie. She was super knowledgable and respectful of my budget. I took several samples home so I could see the carpet at home. Install went great. They showed up on time, installed quickly, and kept my home clean (super important to me). Pricing was fair. Highly recommend them!
Simply lovely people, who do a lovely job with flooring! I wanted a transitional carpet to go between two different colors of hardwood floors. The quality and pattern of the carpet were amazing and so was the installation! Easy easy! They understood the assignment! Will definitely use them again when I'm ready to match my hardwoods.
The entire process with M&M Flooring was amazing! From timely phone calls, quotes and even scheduling. M&M had already been great to work with, having repaired several spots throughout the house over the last 2 yrs or so. This go-around, week of 12-25-23, having already moved out, we had a complete removal and new install of hardwood flooring throughout the house. It took them only 2 full days.
