Love the furniture- but the delivery and assembly process was absolutely TERRIBLE! They changed the time window on us mid way through the day and still ended up being an hour later than the latest time the gave us (originally told us 12-4, changed at 1 to 2-6, didn’t show up till 7) When they came, they opened all packages in the hallway of our building - making a BIG mess of styrofoam pieces and boxes. They didn’t clean up at all - they took away the boxes but left a huge mess in our common space. Before they left - they handed us a bag and said “here are the extra parts” - turns out they just didnt feel like using them and were needed to finish the bed...which we then had to do ourselves. Again - love the furniture...but after paying for delivery and assembly service, I was extremely disappointed in the events of the delivery. :/

Thanks so much Marc for helping switch chairs around to provide me the formal setting I was searching for. There entire product line is glam, modern and sleek. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the entire showroom, especially my dining room set, pillows and lamps to match. The movers were prompt and careful during the entire assembly process.
