Service was great. On this visit, came in with an unexpected incident to the tooth in question, Dr. Lawton and staff treated it like business as usual.
Dr.Lawton is very personable and Tiffany, the hygienist, is thorough.

HI, the service was fine, but didn't care for the incessant chatter at the start of the service mixed with subtle racism. I was asked where I'm from and when I said, "Albany", still got an earful about how I looked like I was from Trinidad and the Trinidadian specialty of chicken salad, cucumbers and olives (I'm vegetarian too so definitely not interested). I definitely look American because I am American. Americans aren't only black or white, thanks.
Everyone was very friendly! It was quick and easy. Very professional and easy to work with.
Your staff is amazing. VERY personable. I have been looking for an in-town dentist I like and you all definitely provided just that. So glad I discovered you all through the Old 4th Ward Biz Assn. I had seen your MODE sign, but never knew you were a dentist office until the reception you held. Honestly in quick passing I thought you were a furniture store or restaurant. Should have paid more attention to the actual wording on your signage. #ZoombieDriver
It's always a pleasant experience even if it's a tooth extraction. The team takes care of their customers. I feel like family with every visit.
