Chuck and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Chuck had great communication and walked us through the entire process so we knew what you expect. Modular Flooring Solutions installed hardwood flooring in a newly built four-season sunroom, and also into a downstairs room that was previously carpeted. Chuck was very friendly and informative and helped us find a perfect match to our existing flooring. Installation went flawlessly, and Andrew did beautiful work with very high attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the result! We would definitely use them again if needed.
Andrew and the team was good-the installation was scheduled after the materials are delivered. They put attention to detail into their work and worked efficiently! I really enjoy the end product- a nice floor with laminate rather than carpet! The condo looked upgraded after the work. I would recommend this service!
Modular Flooring Solutions was recommended highly through a local group. Chuck was very helpful selecting products and coming to measure for both a residential and commercial job. When the mats arrived for the commercial property, they had been mismeasured and did not fit properly. Unfortunately, there was no follow up or further communication regarding the error. I have chosen not to move forward with the residential job based on this experience.
Owner sent his son and girlfriend to install in my business. Couple of months after started lifting between rooms and under stove. Owner came out and pushed back down and said it was the glue…then left. Couple month’s passed it got worse. I also found out they did one strip under stove and did not go all the way back. Owner came back and was going to cost me about $1000 to fix his son’s mistake with new part and labor. Very disappointed in the installation job especially with the cost to have it put in originally.
