This will be my second time using Montway. My overall, experience was good. However, customer service could have been better. It was difficult to contact customer service during the process of finding a company to deliver my vehicle. It would have been nice to get updates as to when the actual date my car was going to be picked up.I eventually got the number to the driver that would be delivering my vehicle & just followed his schedule until, he was finally able to get my vehicle.
