honestly we have been passed around to so many people at this point my head is spinning. i certainly hope going forward is better than the quote/info gathering process because this hasn't been ideal.
Multiple sales reps calling me constantly. I want to work with you but holy moly give me a day to respond. Literally 4 calls in the last 20 minutes when I told the rep I was going to book once I had gotten off work meetings. I am still using you all so I can't speak to the service but having multiple calling from multiple numbers. All of them saying spam-likely, speaking in poor grammar and pronunciation. I hope the transportation is better than the customer service.
