I’ve been coming here for years . And after today I will be looking for a new doctor. I keep getting new doctors that I don’t even know , and they don’t even care . I asked for something simple and i have to come back for it in 3 days lol When I can just go to urgent care and get the same medication. Also , the wait time is crazy . My appointment was at 10:10’. It’s now almost 12 why am i still here ? These doctors get paid to listen and go to the next room . Nothings ever really fixed here .
Zero stars if I could. These people don’t care about helping their patients. They don’t listen or perform proper testing. They have outright rude and nasty attitudes disguised as “nice”
I trusted in this doctor’s group at 477 Cooper at St Ann 3floor. They are the worst doctors that I ever see don’t taking care of their patients. If they can sleep well doing that what kind of doctors they areI hope their pockets are full, but I don’t know how their conscience will be. They keep patients with Tylenol if the patient has pain. Never TESTSSSS or ANYTHING.
I’ve been coming here for years, was very pleased with the experience. However, my last multiple visits, the appointments are rescheduled the day of or the day before and the doctors are never the same. Frustratingly, somehow the information from my chart didn’t transfer when they updated their system so I’m seeing new doctors almost every visit and every time there’s medications that they don’t have in the system, or medical history that I have to go over again because there’s no notes in my chart. Do not recommend. My wife and daughter have been coming here for pediatrician checkups and have waited over an hour for each appointment after showing up at the scheduled time. Once the appointment begins, she is usually left in the room to wait for another extended hour or so period to see the doctor, before waiting even longer to see the overseeing doctor.
