I have had a great experince with Move It and Crystal (the Manager of this location). The ladies who work at this location are professional and try to help with any needs you may have. The lady who posted above (Shawan Williams) must have not pay her bill for a long time on her unit for it to be auctioned the very next day. I am sure Move It has protocol and this could not have happened the way she posted it. Anyway, I am happy with my choice of Storage and I have not had any problems. But I pay my bill on time.
